🏷️Notification Levels

Noty allows you to send notifications at three different levels. The behavior of each level is different. To summarise, Low level notifications are only visible to the Noty app. Normal level notifications send you to push notifications through the Noty app. High level notifications send push notifications every five minutes until you read them and override all mutes.

• Low level notifications only appear in the Noty app itself. We do not send any notifications to your desktop or mobile devices.

• Normal level notifications send push notifications via Noty. Sends push notifications via Noty, just like normal level notifications. It also increases the number of badges in the App, shows notifications on your home screen, and sends notifications with sound.

• High level notifications send push notifications via Noty just like normal level notifications. They also increase the number of badges in the App, show notifications on your home screen and make a sound. It doesn't matter if you have muted a project or channel or if you are within notification hours. As long as the notifications are not read, we send them repeatedly every 5 minutes. You must have an important reason to use this level. Otherwise, you'll annoy your teammates, annoy yourself and annoy the Noty app, which we don't want.
