Notification Schedule

By using our Notification Schedule feature, you can define which days and times you prefer to receive notifications.

It is possible to define two different options as Everyday and Custom. Everyday, you can only choose the hours you want to receive notifications; while custom allows you to choose the days as well.

Make sure you set your timezone correctly or update it if it has changed due to travel, etc.

How to find it on iOS/Android mobile apps

Open the left menu and click on the three dots icon next to the desired project. In this screen, you can click on Notification Schedule to make the most appropriate settings for you.

How to find it on browser or Mac/Windows/Linux apps

From the left side, click on the project you desire, and in the top right corner of the page that opens, click on the three dots icon. In that dropdown box, you will now see Notification Schedule. By clicking on it, you can navigate to the relevant page.

Mute Project

Muting a project means that you stop receiving notifications about the project, but you still receive notifications that you have defined as a high level in that project.

You will also continue to receive notifications from other projects as normal. If you want to mute all projects, you must do this action separately for each project.

Mute Channel

This feature can be used if you want to mute specific channels in a project. You will continue to receive notifications from other channels as usual.

If you want to mute all channels in a project, you may check the Mute Project section.

Mute Noty

Muting the Noty app disables notifications at all levels, including high ones. Therefore, you will not receive notifications of events that you define as very important. For example, your web servers are not responding; your database servers are down, etc.
